Kuliglig takes over flooded roads in Pangasinan City

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – “Kuliglig,” the improvised motor vehicle used for farm work, has once more taken over roads in Dagupan City to this town, which are underwater due to monsoon rains, according to residents in the area.  Kuligligs are now plying Mayombo-Caranglaan in Dagupan to the junction of Calasiao town and downtown to Lucao district,
