Kulgam terror attack: Kharge claims labourers were asked to 'identify' before being shot

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge condemned the killing of two labourers in Kulgam. He stated that terrorists identified the victims before brutally murdering them. The two victims were identified as labourers from Chhattisgarh who sought work. Jammu and Kashmir and Chhattisgarh chief ministers announced financial aid for the families. This incident follows a recent terror strike during Amarnath Yatra duty.
