KTR backs polytechnic students’ agitation

BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao assured total support to the agitation by polytechnic students against GO MS No. 97 while demanding the government to withdraw the order immediately.In a statement, he said the government’s decision had created uncertainty over the future of thousands of polytechnic students while cautioning the government of not to ‘play with the lives of polytechnic students.’Mr. Rao accused the government of using the police to suppress the students’ voice, though they were protesting peacefully. He said the BRS student wing and other party leaders had already participated in several protests expressing solidarity with the agitating students, and assured total support the students’ agitation.
