Kremlin Rules Out Returning Occupied Sumy, Kharkiv Border Areas in Peace Deal – Bloomberg

Russia no longer plans to return occupied parts of Ukraine’s Sumy and Kharkiv regions in any future peace deal, according to Bloomberg. The Kremlin reportedly intends to keep the border areas as buffer zones while pressing ahead with its goal of capturing the entire Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
