Kosovo’s Ruling Party Optimistic About Resolving Deadlock Over New President

The deputy leader of the governing Vetevendosje said that his party can now talk to the opposition Democratic League of Kosovo about “concrete names” for the new country’s next president, following months of political deadlock.
