Koretsky Orders Urgent Inspection of All Civil Defense Shelters

Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky ordered ministries and regional administrations to urgently inspect every civil defense shelter in Ukraine for proper maintenance and unobstructed access. He said blocked shelter access is unacceptable as the war approaches its fifth year.
