Knicks assistant won’t return to team after three seasons: ‘Best years of my life’
At least one Knicks assistant won’t be back next year. Carson Shanks, who spent the last three years with the Knicks as an assistant, won’t be returning. His contract expired this offseason, according to a league source. He most recently served as the team’s assistant director of video/analytics and player development.
