Kite flyer faces up to 10 years after disrupting 16 flights at Vietnam's busiest airport

Police in Ho Chi Minh City have detained a 42-year-old man whose three kites drifted into the landing approach at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, halting arrivals for 35 minutes and disrupting 16 flights.
