Kingsway Tunnel traffic delays live as car breaks down

Traffic is piling up outside the Kingsway Tunnel from Wallasey to Liverpool this morning after a car broke down. Frustrated drivers have reported nose to tail traffic approaching the tunnel, with queues at a standstill for around 15 minutes straight.Traffic troubles were first recorded by online traffic monitor INRIX at around 9.20am.
