Kidnap arrest after man 'held against his will' on Lodge Lane

Merseyside Police said officers were called to Lodge Lane at around 12.10pm on Tuesday, July 28, following a report that a man in his 40s had been held against his will.‌When the ECHO arrived at the scene, a police cordon was in place around a section of bushes in a nearby park as officers carried out enquiries.
