Ukraine has launched its first digital evacuation system called "Poruch,” digitizing transit evacuation points in Kharkiv and Lozova. The platform lets displaced residents view housing options and reserve beds before evacuating. According to the two-week test conducted, there was a 73% increase in evacuation agreement rates, as authorities push to improve coordination in frontline communities.
