Kerala HC says it has achieved a higher case clearance ratio
The Kerala High Court has claimed to have achieved a significant increase in the number of matters available for hearing and disposal through the recently introduced Auto Cause List System (ACLS) and the campaigns undertaken by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to settle the cases.The ACLS automatically identifies long-pending cases, prioritises them for listing before the appropriate Benches, and ensures regular and systematic listing of newly instituted cases. The campaign was led by Chief Justice Soumen Sen, according to a communication.
