[Capital FM] Nairobi -- The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has fined Nakuru Town East Member of Parliament David Gikaria Sh2.5 million over remarks made during campaigns for the Ol Kalou by-election, ordering that the amount be paid within 48 hours of its determination.
