Kennon Road closed due to strong rains on Tuesday, Aug. 4

BAGUIO CITY — Kennon Road has again been temporarily closed to motorists and the general public since Monday due to falling rocks along the roadway amidst the onslaught of heavy torrential rains dumped by weather disturbances and the enhanced monsoon. Authorities said the closure covers both northbound and southbound lanes and will remain in effect
