KBN University hosts Continuing Medical Education programme
Ashfaq Ahmed, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of KBN University, speaking at the CME programme in Kalaburagi on Saturday. | Photo Credit: ARUN KULKARNI The departments of pathology and physiology of the medical faculty of KBN University organised a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme on ‘Inside the Marrow: Bridging Haematopoiesis and Haematopathology’ on Saturday.Speaking as the chief guest, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the university Ashfaq Ahmed stressed the need to organise CME programmes in a meaningful manner so that they would benefit society. He said it was important not only to prepare reports of such programmes but also to undertake follow-up studies over a period of time.
