Judge in Lindsay Clancy case denies defense's motion for mistrial after witness brings up religion

Lindsay Clancy's trial defense team requested a mistrial after a prosecution witness brought up Clancy's Catholic faith. The judge denied the motion, but instructed jurors to dismiss the comments and sent them home early. NBC Boston's Sue O'Connell reports.
