Israel prepared to remove Palestinians from Gaza if U.S. approves, defence minister says

Israel is waiting for U.S. approval to remove Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, Defence Minister Israel Katz said, renewing a plan that has been widely condemned as forced displacement and described as ethnic cleansing.
