Iran condemns France's 'illegal' move to expel two diplomats

An Iranian foreign ministry said Monday that France was harming bilateral relations in expelling two Iranian diplomats, which Paris had announced in retaliation to Tehran's arrest of two French diplomats last month. Iran claimed France's move was illegal whereas its own was legal.
