IOM says scarce funds threaten North-west peacebuilding

IOM says an EU-funded peacebuilding project in Katsina and Zamfara has achieved about 87 per cent of its planned activities, but warns that funding shortages could make it difficult to sustain the gains after the 18-month intervention ends.
