Investigators say dad was on phone moments before fatal crash that killed son

An Idaho father has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after investigators alleged he was using Instagram, Amazon and his cellphone moments before a Thanksgiving week crash on Interstate 84 that killed his 7-year-old son.
