A dog walker stumbled upon a dead black lurcher on the side of a countryside lane on the border of England and Wales last week. RSPCA was alerted after the discovery on Moor Lane, Kinnerton, near Chester, on Wednesday morning. The animal, aged around three, appeared to have been dumped, the charity said. The dog was still wearing a black collar, although the remains were badly decomposed, RSPCA said. Sign up for all of the latest stories Start your day informed with Metro's News Updates newsle
