Inside new £1m pub on often overlooked little Birmingham city centre street

A new pub has opened on Cannon Street, an often overlooked little road off busy New Street. The former Windsor pub has been given a £1m overhaul by O'Neill's, turning the venue into an Irish boozer and opening up its second floor for the first time in years. Live music three nights a week and big screen sport is on the cards at O'Neill's, with food on the menu and Guinness on tap. The venue also boasts four Arrowsmith electronic dartboards which can be booked in advance, with three upstairs and an accessible oche on the ground floor. The venue is being referred to as O'Neill's New Street, given its close proximity to the busy city street.
