Infanta, Lingayen towns in Pangasinan declare state of calamity

CALASIAO, Pangasinan — The municipalities of Infanta and Lingayen have been placed under a state of calamity as prolonged rains from the southwest monsoon or “habagat” continued to trigger flooding and affect communities.
