Kyle Kirkwood delivered a dominant victory in the Freedom 250 Grand Prix. After starting second in the #27 Andretti Global Honda, Kirkwood led 128 of 147 laps en route to claiming the historic result by 3.0906s on the 1.7-mile, 7-turn temporary street circuit wrapped around the National Mall.
