Indigenous battery clears ultimate test in space
Hyderabad-based TakeMe2Space has announced that its PowerBank-50 satellite battery pack is now officially space proven, following its successful debut aboard Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 rocket during Mission Aagaman, launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, on July 18.The mission marked a major milestone for India’s private space sector, with Vikram-1 becoming the country’s first privately developed rocket to reach orbit.
