‘In loving memory’: Billboards lining Hwy. 400 honour teen killed in police shooting two years ago

Billboards in memory of Liam Hatton are towering over Highway 400 and GO routes through Innisfil, Barrie and Bradford. They are marking two years since the teenager was fatally shot during an encounter with police.
