MANILA, Philippines – The impeachment court will issue a subpoena to Vice President Sara Duterte’s Chief of Staff Atty. Zuleika Lopez on Wednesday, the court’s spokesperson, Reginald Tongol confirmed. It was the House prosecution panel who requested for a subpoena ad testificandum to Lopez. “On the request for issuance of subpoena ad testificandum to Atty.
