Imo: Court rejects Ararume’s suit challenging INEC’s recognition of Ndubueze

Justice Salim Ibrahim, in a judgment, held that the court lacked the jurisdiction to adjudicate on the case, as a similar suit had been determined by a court of coordinate jurisdiction.
