Ilocos Sur police condemn killing of 3-year-old boy

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office (ISPPO) has condemned the killing of a three-year-old boy in Barangay Lacong, Tagudin, and vowed to pursue the suspect.
