Ilocos’ largest waterfall reopens to tourists after improved weather

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The largest waterfall in the Ilocos region reopened to the public on Saturday, Aug. 22, following improved weather conditions and reduced disaster risks in the area. The reopening of Pinsal Falls in Barangay Babal-lasioan, Santa Maria town in this province, was ordered by Municipal Mayor Michael Florendo, who chairs the
