Iliman Ndiaye: Man City hijack Tottenham talks as £65m deal agreed

Standard Sport understands that City have agreed to pay £60million up front with a further £5m potentially due in add-ons.Ndiaye had been a target for Spurs after their move for Liverpool winger Cody Gakpo fell through, but they have now turned their attention to Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk.
