Iconic singer and controversial TV personality dead at 94: ‘Absolutely unforgettable’

Morgan, an iconic singer and somewhat controversial performer in her time, has died.She was 94. Morgan rose to fame in the mid-1950s with her voice. She scored her first hit, “That’s All I Want From You,” in 1955, and it went all the way to No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. She followed that with “The Longest Walk”, which went to No. 6, “Danger! Heartbreak Ahead,” “If You Don’t Want My Love,” “Pepper-Hot Baby.” She was also a vocalist on the ABC show “Stop The Music” and starred in an NBC variety show in 1956, according to The Hollywood Reporter.She wasn’t just a singer, though.
