ICE lodges detainer on Salvadoran national, 18, accused of 2 fatal shootings in Houston

ICE lodged an ice detainer against Jefferson Adonay Velasquez-Torres, who came here illegally from El Salvador in 2014 and is charged with two murders in Houston.
