ICE deports ex-Ecuador interior minister linked to presidential candidate’s murder

José Serrano, who once served as Ecuador's Interior Minister, was deported by ICE on Friday. He is accused of orchestrating the 2023 assassination of presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio.
