Ice cream prices hit £4 a cone in some UK cities - as parents spend nearly £50 this summer

A survey of 2,000 parents found the average price of a 99 ice cream has risen to £2.65, with one in 10 parents spending as much as £4 on a cone from an ice cream van this summer
