Ice cream maker Rebel Creamery files for bankruptcy after being ordered to pay $23.8M in packaging battle

Rebel was ordered to turn over $23.8M in profits to Van Leeuwen after a judge found that Rebel intentionally copied the New York ice cream company's packaging.
