I wish Hill and Stengle well, but the game must learn lessons from their exits

Collingwood and Geelong announced last week that they had reached agreement with Bobby Hill and Tyson Stengle to end their careers at the club. But we should have a mature conversation about what lessons we can learn from their experience.
