'I was terrified I might bleed to death alone in my flat'

Mike Jones, 69, had been bleeding heavily for more than an hour before help reached him after care handlers allegedly failed to pass on vital information to ambulance crews. He lost so much blood he suffered a cardiac arrest. Hannah Richardson reports.
