‘I miss him’: Ceremony marks Heron Road Bridge collapse 60 years later

The Heron Road Bridge collapse in 1966 saw nine people die, and 60 injured. On August 10, 1966, workers were pouring concrete on the eastern portion of the 70-metre span across the Rideau River when it collapsed.
