'I'm truly sorry' - Eurovision star cancels Glasgow show in shock tour announcement

A two-time Eurovision winner has postponed her upcoming tour which included a show in Glasgow. Loreen, known for her hit songs like Tattoo and Euphoria, was due to perform at the O2 Academy in the Southside on September 24, 2026. The show was part of the 42-year-old Swedish singer's European tour. Taking to Instagram, Loreen said: “My darlings, I need to share something important with you. “I’m having to reschedule my European tour this September and October to Spring 2027, which also means I won’t be performing at the summer festivals. “These shows mean everything to me. It’s a vital part of the connection we share, and I need it to hold the full energy, the full soul it deserves. You’ve come to know that I don’t do things halfway.
