Have a question for Care and Feeding? Submit it here. Dear Care and Feeding, My husband’s mother, “Claire,” has always been cheap, but now she’s dragged our kids (5 and 7) into her penny-pinching. We went out to eat over the weekend with her, and I caught my kids going around to the empty tables, filling their pockets with packets of ketchup, mustard, sugar, and coffee creamer. When I confronted them, they said they were “for Nana.” Claire has been in the habit of taking things like that from restaurants for as long as I
