I borrowed N400m paid for PFIPC appointment – ‘Fake’ Agency DG

The ‘fake’ DG of PFIPC, Adeniyi Adeyemi, claims he borrowed N400m for his appointment and his lenders have petitioned the EFCC for a refund.
