Hyderabad Police invites applications for 150 Special Police Officer posts

The Hyderabad City Police has invited applications for 150 Special Police Officer (SPO) posts on a purely temporary basis.Applications have been invited from ex-servicemen, ex-paramilitary personnel and retired police personnel who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.Ex-servicemen should be below 58 years of age as on August 31, 2026. Ex-paramilitary personnel and retired police personnel who retired from service within the last two years can apply, with an upper age limit of 62 years. Selected personnel will be paid a monthly honorarium of ₹26,000.
