Court hearings have identified Vitaly Zhikovich, a former law enforcement officer, and Vladyslav Reut, an employee of Ukraine’s Military Intelligence (HUR), as two suspects involved in the murder of the woman wanted in Europe for the June 29 Monaco bombing against a Ukrainian tycoon. But conflicting accounts arose in court as to who exactly shot the woman in the head after she returned to Ukraine.
