Hunt for Liverpool man who escaped from prison van outside court goes on

On Saturday, August 1, Stephen Grzyb, 22, of Princess Drive, in the West Derby/Dovecot area, was being transported from Belle Vale custody suite to Liverpool Magistrates' Court in the city centre by GEOAmey, a prisoner transport contractor.‌However, he fled from the van when it arrived outside court at around 10am. He ran away down Red Cross Street in the direction of The Strand. Grzyb was being transported to court after being charged with a domestic-related burglary.‌He is described as white with short dark hair.
