Hungary Sticks to Meeting Euro Criteria by 2030 Despite Deficit

Hungary is still planning to meet the criteria for joining the euro by 2030 despite a stretched budget it inherited from the previous government that the summer’s drought and energy crises made worse, Finance Minister Andras Karman said.
