Hundreds of devotees take part in ‘Kavad Yatra’

RAJU Hundreds of devotees took part in the annual Kavad Yatra organised by the Marwari Yuva Manch in Visakhapatnam on Sunday.The procession began at 6 a.m. from the Lord Shiva Temple in Madhavadhara and passed through Thatichetlapalem Junction, Railway Grounds Junction, Telugu Talli Flyover and Sampath Vinayak Temple before culminating it at the Sri Jagannatha Swamy Temple in Siripuram.Devotees from Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Tuni, Kakinada and Rajahmundry participated in the yatra, the organisers said.
