How Wild's Jack Hughes trade plans involve Dylan Larkin, Red Wings
Jack Hughes currently plays for the New Jersey Devils, and there are seemingly no plans to trade him this offseason. That hasn't stopped the Minnesota Wild from looking right past Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin to get a better view at Hughes.Hughes, of course, is the brother of the Wild's superstar defenseman Quinn Hughes, and so a trade for Jack would unite the pair.It was thought that in a handful of offseasons, the brothers would try to sign in the same place. If this went down now, it'd be a quick and drastic shift. The report from The Athletic's Michael Russo is that the Wild have indeed checked in with New Jersey about Hughes, although Minnesota is also realistic and knows what's more likely out there. The player everyone knows is available: Dylan Larkin.MORE: Alex Ovechkin final
