How Twitch event ended in tragedy as death of Midland man to be probed

Bradley Passey, a 21-year-old from Halesowen, drowned in Rotterdam after going missing from a TwitchCon event in the Netherlands, a coroner's court has heard. A provisional cause of death has been established as drowning, with an inquest yet to be dated.
