How the Brother of Ukraine’s Top Investigator Came to Own 143 Apartments

An investigative report published by several Ukrainian media outlets as part of the "Initiative 143" alleges that Oleksandr Sukhachov, the brother of State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) Director Oleksii Sukhachov, acquired 143 real estate properties in Kharkiv between 2018 and 2020 at prices below market value, some for as little as $932-1,856 – per apartment, not per square meter.
